This page describes how the supplied IST Care application handles workspace information. It is not a substitute for your organization’s legal privacy notice.
Workspace information
Authorized users may create patient, appointment, document, clinical, financial and administrative records. Access should remain limited to approved roles and organizations.
Storage and retention
Operational records are stored in the configured database. Uploaded PDFs are stored in a private directory. Administrators are responsible for defining retention, lawful access, backups, data-subject requests and deletion procedures.
Contact your operator
For questions about records held by a particular hospital or clinic, contact that organization’s designated administrator. For product information, use the official Inovate Solution Technology company website.
